Duties
The Human Resources Support Clerk will provide clerical and administrative support for the Human Resources department. Files personnel records and employment applications. Makes copies, scans and creates packets for recruitment, benefit,  credentialing and training purposes. Enters employee files and processes changes in HRIS system. Answers phones and assists callers with general inquiries on recruitment, benefits, etc. Responds to written employment verifications. Interacts and coordinates with the Payroll department for processing of personnel changes.   Assists Credentialing department with queries, verifications, etc. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Must be a High School graduate with experience working in an office setting, preferably in a Human Resources. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient with use of computers and use of MS Office Suite. The successful candidate will work in a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. Must be highly motivated with a consistent record of meeting deadlines. Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable.
