Kathleen Highly, PhD, is a committed Psychologist at Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc., where she has been serving the Ventura County community since 2010. Dr. Highly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. She pursued postgraduate coursework in psychology, special education, and teachers' education at San Diego State University in San Diego, California, before earning her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, also located in San Diego, California.

Dr. Highly provides individual counseling for both adults and children within a community healthcare setting, specializing in treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, adjustment reactions, ADHD, and behavior problems in both English and Spanish. In addition to her clinical work, she contributes to Clinicas by supervising social work interns and supporting mental health administration as needed.

With over two decades of experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, She is passionate about community mental health and finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve their goals. Dr. Highly is dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate Mental Health Care to the diverse communities of Ventura County.
