Duties

We have an exciting Part-Time, Temporary opportunity within the HR department for a HR Clerk. The Human Resources Clerk works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Disassemble and organize files.
  • Scan hard copy files to convert them into electronic format in an effective manner.
  • Upload scanned files into Human Resources Information System database.
  • Perform quality check of newly saved files for accuracy.
  • Perform repetitive data entry.
  • Shred paper files once successfully scanned and uploaded.
  • Will perform other duties as assigned in support of the Human Resources unit.
  • Will lift boxes of approximately 25 pounds

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a strong sense for accuracy and detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer proficient
