Under the direct supervision of the Senior Facility Maintenance Coordinator, the Facility Maintenance Courier will perform a variety of maintenance functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsiblity for ths Maintenance Courier is to conduct daily mail runs for clinics. Responsible for basic repairs and upkeep of the plumbing and electrical fixtures such as, unclogging toilets and drains; installs/replaces light fixtures and fuses; makes minor repairs; paint touch-ups of exterior/interior walls and is responsible for maintaining corporate vehicles.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Usual education and one year of work related experience. Valid driver's license required.
