Under the direct supervision of the Senior Facility Maintenance Coordinator, the Facility Maintenance Coordinator will perform a variety of maintenance functions. Responsibilities may include polishing and buffing of floors, waxing floors, cleaning carpets with carpet cleaning machine. Other responsibilites may include daily runs for clinics and janitorial duties. Responsible for the assembly, placement and storage of all office furnishings and equipment, including wall hangings.  Responsible for basic repairs and upkeep of the plumbing and electrical fixtures such as, unclogging toilets and drains; installs/replaces light fixtures and fuses; makes minor repairs; paint touch-ups of exterior/interior walls and is responsible for maintaining corporate vehicles.
