The Systems Administrator is responsible for systems administration, systems support and end-user training for Clinicas employees. Performs data backup and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors systems configuration to ensure data integrity. Implements, administers and supports network domain(s), network resources and security policies. Monitors and sustains server systems’ performance. Troubleshoots and recovers server and workstation systems functionality. Troubleshoots and restores access to network and resources. Supports patient processing, clinical tracking and reporting activities. Interacts with internal and external clients and ensures proper and timely communication and resolution of system issues. Performs research, develops and implements solutions to meet work unit and organization initiatives. Develops and acquires training tools for users and IT technicians. Conducts group staff training to ensure the productive use of information systems.
