ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Types and files correspondence, reports, forms, proposals, etc.; answers telephones; gives routine information to the public or refers callers to responsible parties; greets visitors; processes mail by opening, dating, logging in/out and directing to proper individuals; keeps inventory of supplies; practices good housekeeping habits in the office.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent. One year typing and clerical experience. Ability to type 45 w.p.m., good communication skills and computer skills required. English/ Spanish highly desirable and in some instances required.
