We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LMFT) who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and intakes
- Provide brief therapy, crisis intervention, and individual counseling for mild to moderate cases
- Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records
- Collaborate with primary care providers and community organizations for coordinated care
- Participate in peer reviews and supervise MSW interns (as needed)
- Uphold legal and ethical standards, including mandatory reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Licensed as LCSW or LMFT by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
