Duties
Manage the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and satisfaction of project requirements within budget. Act as the central point of contact, coordination, and communication between project stakeholders, other Project Managers, and technical delivery team. Coordinate, plan, and negotiate project timelines, deliverables, and technical resources shared for concurrent projects. Coordinate the formulation and definition of project requirements and technical scope in collaboration with technical subject matter experts Develop and maintain technical and project documentation to ensure alignment of the project stakeholders' expectations with project/program scope. Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) as required for external solution providers ; Facilitates collaboration of project team members to establish work plan for each project phase. Coordinate and manage change to the project scope, schedule, cost and resource needs to keep the project plan on track. Manages project timelines and monitor, measure, and report on project/program progress to senior technology and business leadership.

Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Master's in Business Administration and Technology Management preferred. Minimum 5+ years of Project / Program Management experience Experience creating detailed project/program plans; PMP Certified preferred. Excellent problem solving / analytical skills, tools and techniques Professional and Interpersonal Skills: Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills; ability to function in a collaborative and supportive environment; sensitivity to others; high integrity; excellent judgment; ability to conceptualize, and launch multiple projects.
