Emily Hurst, MD, is a Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. Family Medicine Physician committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages. With experience in outpatient, inpatient, and preventive medicine, Dr. Hurst focuses on building strong patient relationships while delivering high-quality, evidence-based healthcare tailored to each patient's unique needs. Dr. Hurst obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Calgary, in Alberta, Canada. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Saint James School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia. 

Her clinical expertise includes preventive health services, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, wellness examinations, and coordinating care across all stages of life. Dr. Hurst has experience caring for diverse patient populations and is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals through education, prevention, and collaborative decision-making. 

In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Hurst has participated in research, medical education, and community health initiatives, contributing to academic publications and healthcare outreach programs.
