Job Duties:

• Design and develop data load jobs using SSIS package and scheduled in SQL Agent.
• Develop long term data warehouse roadmap and architectures
•  Design and build the data warehouse framework per the roadmap
• Create tableau dashboards to calculate clinical quality measures.
• Work on statistical modelling to EHR and Claim data to identify relationships between variables.
• Act as a liaison with end-users to collaborate on short- and long-term reporting requirements 
• Develop Parameterized, drill through and subscribed reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) using tableau.
• Work on quality measurement programs such as UDS and HEDIS
• Develop and implement data cleansing, data profiling and data monitoring processes.
• Work as a SQL developer in creating Stored Procedures, triggers, cursors, functions, views and other SQL joins.
• Create and manage Clustered indexes and Non-Clustered indexes and optimize queries using execution plan.
• Reduce report execution time by tuning the Stored Procedures, creating Indexes and Hash Joins etc.
