Duties:
Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Communications Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and improving the brand image and reputation of Clinicas del Camino Real, Incorporated across the Ventura County community. This includes leading brand efforts with regards to strategic marketing campaigns consistent with the mission and vision of the organization. Along with the rest of the marketing team, the Brand Coordinator will contribute to the department’s goals and objectives as well as report on ongoing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Communications Coordinator will be expected to:
- Regularly report on brand initiatives and marketing performance.
- Organize company events to boost brand awareness both internally and in the community.
- Conduct market research as it pertains to company brand image and reputation management.
- Partner with talent and recruitment efforts to attract candidates for potential employment.
- Contribute to digital and traditional marketing content, tracking and measurement.
- Manage brand guidelines and organizational values as it pertains to brand marketing efforts.
- May supervise supporting staff.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in brand development, marketing or internal communication preferred.
- Event planning and brand reputation management experience preferred.
- Expert in content creation and social media marketing strategy.
- In-depth understanding of the Clinicas brand presence in the broader Ventura County community.
- Advanced understanding of photography, videography and editing preferred.
- Basic understanding of graphic design, preferably with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Advanced writing and editing skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
