Duties
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide support to multiple Directors and Managers of the Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. Administration staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing Outlook calendars, creating schedules for hourly staff, answering phones, taking minutes at monthly meetings, composing correspondence, coordinating meetings and conference calls, filing and special projects as assigned.

Requirements
Strong, articulate oral and written communication. Must type accurately at a minimum rate of 45 wpm and be proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience as Executive Administrative Assistant or similar capacity, preferably in a health care setting. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
