Duties
JOB OBJECTIVE Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate a variety of projects within Clinicas with a particular emphasis on Meaningful Use.    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES   The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following:   Manage the meaningful use project by ensuring that all eligible providers are updated and reported by the required deadlines and working closely with IT and all regulatory agencies to assure that data and information required for payment is received.Assist with the generation and submission of operational reports or projects including:First 5 Quarterly ReportGold Coast Health Plan Initial Health AssessmentCoordination of grant reportingImpact Quarterly ReportHEDIS reportingAssist in invoicing of HIV dental programUDS clinical measures reportingCompose correspondence and memos as needed. Performs other duties as assigned, including participation in all safety programs which may include assignment to an emergency response team.

Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Must have a high school diploma, Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years administrative experience with previous experience in health care desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.  Proficient in MS Office Suite. Must be proactive and assertive with ability to drive projects and meet deadlines.  Must have a strong sense for accuracy and detail.
