Duties

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Training Department at our Paseo Camarillo office in Camarillo, CA.

  • Responsible for completing and updating the training calendars to ensure the timely communication of training programs.  
  • Responsible for maintaining employees’ training and certification records and ensuring that they are up to date by running the approved standardized reports regularly.
  • Responsible for maintaining a library of training materials, such as, books, videos, CD’s, tapes, and other data.
  • Coordinates room reservations and prepares equipment and learning materials as needed for all training.
  • Timely completion of administrative duties which may include, but are not limited to, ordering and taking inventory of training supplies, managing training funds and purchase records and participation in meetings, note taking and documentation writing.
  • Adherence of the opening and closing and security policies and procedures of the department and facility.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas for regular training meetings with supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and of training materials that are the property of Clinicas.

Requirements

High school graduate.  Ability to type accurately at the rate of 65 w.p.m.  Computer proficient including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
