Arianna Spiller, ACSW, is an Associate Clinical Social Worker specializing in adolescent therapy at Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Studio Art and Business/Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, and earned her Master of Social Work and Master of Education in Human Sexuality with a concentration in sex therapy from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Arianna has extensive experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments for teens and young adults to determine appropriate treatment levels, such as residential, partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient programs. She collaborates closely with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment and discharge plans. Her clinical skills span individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, parent coaching, and case management.
